Of course, you will also have an App to track Macros and Micros and everything planned by a nutrition professional. But what really matters in nutrition is everything that surrounds it. Your schedules, your times, your relationship with food, what you do before and after training.

How it works?
We will have an initial consultation where a first assessment of the athlete's situation and needs will be carried out, analyzing in depth various nutritional markers and habits, objectives and skills.
A Nutrition Plan will be created in the Nutrium App (free for you) ideal for calculating, measuring and following the entire process. You will receive a one-week plan in the App appropriate to your schedules, training and objectives.
We believe that a person's diet should be flexible to their personal moments, rather than having everything exactly measured. That is why we give greater importance to the follow-up and subsequent consultations to get the most out of the entire process.

We work with amateur and professional athletes, and we know that time, dedication and importance are different. Therefore, any modification will be personalized.
Eating Like an Athlete requires knowing the current moment of the athlete, to know what step needs to be taken.

TWO CONSULTATIONS, ONE PLAN, EVERYTHING CALCULATED AND A LOT OF INFORMATION.
You will receive a nutrition plan according to your requirements, schedules and training and/or competition goals. Above all, you will learn everything you need to know about nutrition and sports performance.
You will receive a nutrition plan for your entire week in the Nutrium App, where you will have absolutely everything calculated.
In a second consultation, we will restructure the plan according to your changes. You will also receive recommendations on how to follow up in relation to your goals in the follow-up consultations.
- A first 1-on-1 Consultation (60 min) to get to know you as an athlete and your environment.

You already have your plan and it works, but the life of an athlete changes, either because of new horizons or new goals.
For this you have the possibility of choosing the number of follow-up consultations that you need or that we have agreed upon in the first instance of the Eat Like an Athlete program.
With each consultation we can work on specific questions about your planning, modification or supplementation, as well as the organization of a new competition.
- Possibility of using consultancies whenever you consider it appropriate.
- Each consultation will last 60 minutes.

Who gives you plans and advices in Asciende
My name is Agu Hernandez and because of my family I started competing in cycling at the age of 14, something I still do.
But life had other plans than to give me lots of mitochondria, so I ended up playing Beach Volleyball internationally.
In Argentina I got my first degree, in Nutrition, so I have been working in Sports Nutrition for more than 10 years, although my passion for human performance made me do a Master's in Sports Physiology in Spain and a second Master's in High Performance Sports in Endurance Sports.
Maybe I see a PhD in the future.
